Resources

A range of templates have been specifically designed to promote local organisations and providers who work to support older people or adults with disability. These resources can also be used to assist members in the community better understand who to contact for information, support or other services.

For service providers

This template is suitable for service providers, and includes blank text fields to add in local contact details. The template also includes the response process to refer to for matters related to abuse, neglect or exploitation of an older person or adult with disability

Flyer providing helpful tips on how to stay safe during COVID self - isolation and where to go for help and assistance. This flyer was distributed to local pharmacies, GP's and Medical Centres in Sutherland LGA.

Shoalhaven Older Abuse Prevention (SOAP) Network was inspired to create a novel resource from their acronym – a soap container with their Collaborative logo and ADC Helpline phone number printed on it. This product was packaged with the ADC Wellbeing Checklist and distributed to clients in their LGA. Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra MCCI included their SOAP package in a goody bag pictured below.
